The writing
As a student in China, we needn't to research too many. Sometimes when our teachers tell us to do some research about some articles, we will find the answer from books. We also go to websites to research. Due to the development of internet, we can search anything we want. Now I am in USA. The classes in America are totally different with China. If I ready to write a article, I need to write the outline first, and make sure the topic, fing strong support ideas. Sometimes I also need to go to library to do research and go to internet to find the information. I think it is very useful to improve our skills of writing. I will know what I writed clearly and more about what I writed. The MLA format is the correct format in writing class.

Hi, Anderson Chen :). There is this kind of situation in China, but I don’t think students are allowed to do so in China. I think the rule is well perfumed in high schools, but much worse in collages.

You mentioned that you learned how to write an outline in your classes in America. How did your Chinese teachers teach you how to organize your thoughts? Did they use a different method?
